2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

• In some cases, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify your order before dispatch.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available from time to time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. RSDEALZ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product to help us resolve the issue quickly.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to deliver every order on time, RSDEALZ is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
